The Orlando real estate market in February 2026 remained steady, with consistent sales, stable buyer activity, and slightly lower inventory compared to last year. With home prices adjusting and interest rates dropping below 6 percent, both buyers and sellers are entering a more balanced and opportunity-driven market.

The market continues to shift as we move through the second half of the year. While activity is steady, August brought a mix of cooling sales numbers year over year, lower interest rates, and a more balanced market overall.
