I am currently re-reading the MREA book. If you are in real estate you know this book…it’s like the real estate business building bible.

I am reminded the importance of consistency and frequency in all things we do. It made me think about the past and how as a solo agent it was impossible to be consistent, let alone at the right frequency, in anything I was doing because I as being pulled all over the place. As a single agent you are everything to everyone which means you are not mastering anything. Ever heard the saying “jack of all trades, master of none”?

It kind of says it all. If we are trying to do all the things, we can never really do anything at our absolute best. Having people trained on specific activities and mastering that one role has allowed us all to grow and be better agents and support people along the way. Joining a real estate team provides the structure to master something and do it well. Other people will do the things you don’t do well and you can focus on your strengths. I love business building and team building and learning about how personalities affect how well we will succeed in specific roles. If you are considering joining a real estate team, consider what are your best skills an how can you fit in to master your role. Learn more about joining our team or email me at Careers@ThinkLiveBe.com and kick start your path to mastery.
