Summer is in full swing here in Central Florida and the market is just about as hot as it is outside. The numbers are in and we’ve been setting records. For the first time in a 20 year recorded history there were 4,414 homes sold last month. That’s the highest we’ve ever seen.

The market remains strong with low inventory and low interest rates driving up prices and keeping us busy. This lack of supply and high demand drove prices up 14.58% since this time last year!

We are taking a look at the market stats from June. The number of home sales that occurred in June were slightly lower than last year for a 2nd month in a row, but that is largely a reflection of that initial lockdown.
