For the first time in 2 years we have just over 2 months worth of inventory on the market. A normal balanced real estate market would be four to six months of homes available for sale. So, compared to demand still, it’s not some hot buyers market either. We’re probably starting to see the effects of these rising rates and affordability out there and prices are starting to come down to just balance things out a little bit.
