The listings are coming!  

We saw a rise in the net number of listings available AGAIN in the Orlando real estate market.  This is a trend to monitor because this is not typical for this time of year.

What does that mean?

The combination of rising inventory and declining sales are indicators of a shifting market here in the Orlando real estate market.  We have been in a seller’s market for several years, so it’s only natural the market will shift and head towards a Buyer’s Market in the New Year.   That means more opportunities for buyers, finally!
