The rising rates over the last few months have slowed and cooled the market quite a bit compared to a few years ago. However the actual number of homes sold last month was the exact same as 2022 at the same time..The one thing that has caused the shift is the rising inventory. There were more homes available for sale than last year and actually more than we have had available since 2019.
Consistency and Frequency Featured
I am reminded the importance of consistency and frequency in all things we do. It made me think about the past and how as a solo agent it was impossible to be consistent, let alone at the right frequency, in anything I was doing because I as being pulled all over the place. As a single agent you are everything to everyone which means you are not mastering anything. Ever heard the saying "jack of all trades, master of none"?
