Have you ever heard the saying together everyone achieves more?  This acronym for the word TEAM may feel a bit overused and trite.  But never has a saying been so true when it comes to real estate teams.

As a single agent over 15 years ago I didn’t have any experience or knowledge.  I woke up daily without a clue where to even begin or what the job of a real estate agent even was. I figured all of this out the hard way through years of trial and error. I don’t wish that on anyone! There’s an easier and more fun way and it comes with built in accountability to your goals!

Joining a team is a fast track to becoming an expert in this field through other peoples knowledge and experience.  But more than that it’s a way find success with others.  Your teammates become the accountability tool you needed so much as a single agent.

Showing up to meetings without meeting your goal means the entire team did not reach the goal.  We inherently don’t want to let others down, so we do the work we know we’re supposed to.  As a new agent you also have the road map of what exactly to do and when!

Years later, I now get the joy of watching others succeed by helping each other and pushing each other to set higher goals and achieve more.  That happens through accountability to others.  First to me as the team owner and boss, so to speak, but now together as a group.  There’s something about showing up to work and telling others you achieved your goals that produces results and makes you just feel good.  If you are feeling stuck in a rut with no direction or looking for ways to up your goals and success in real estate, joining a team may be just the magic pill you are looking for.  It’s still hard work but together everyone achieves more.  We are hiring agents and administrative people in 2022. Join the team and Think Big, Live with Purpose, and Be your Best. Email careers@thinklivebe.com for more info on opportunities or visit this link for immediate open positions.
