Colonialtown North

Colonialtown North is a hip neighborhood North-East of Downtown Orlando’s Central Business District.  The neighborhood is filled with quaint Bungalows built in the 1920s-1940s, some block ranches built in the 50s, and a mix of other styles.  You will see a lot of white picket fences and charming front porches throughout the neighborhood.  There is currently an influx of new construction and primarily town-home developments being built throughout the neighborhood to keep up with the high demand for residential homes in the area.

This community is just blocks from a healthy dose of some of the best local restaurants in the Mills50 Main Street district.  Bike to you favorite local music venue, Orlando’s oldest dive bar, food trucks, and unique shopping any night of the week.  Known for it’s diversity in dining and shopping the Mills50 business district has something for everyone.  There is a community center and park, community pool, and a voluntary neighborhood association is also at the forefront of its popularity by providing community support and events.  Search homes for sale in Colonialtown North below.
